Jailbroken iPhone 4 won't restore

I jail broke my iphone saturday.

I turned it off when i went to bed last night and not today it will not connect to AT&T so I can make phone calls. it says "searching"

I tried rebooting.

I tried a restore it gave me error 21

I tried a restore in DFU mode it gave me error 1600

How the heck to I remove the jailbreak?

eh well, turns out it had to do with a setting for cydia in tiny umbrella
