A shop in Thailand jailbroke and unlocked my iphone 3 so I could use a Thai sim card. It was running IOs6.0 when Jailbroken.

After jailbreaking, it was running IOs4.1, and I couldn't access the itunes store, or use my apps so I (stupidly)tried to update to iOs 6 and now my iPhone is stuck in recovery mode.

When I tried a number of the solutions suggested on different forums to restore, iTunes it says The "iphone could not be restored". Now all I can do is turn it on, turn it off, and look at the frozen screen. Oh, and I've already tried tinyumbrella. Can anyone help?
