Jailbroken iPhone4, lost operations

FW 02.10.04

As you can see, I have not updated iOS in some time. I would like to but have had trouble on account of IPSW or some such. I have lost any data usage unless connected to wifi. I think I need to update it but I guess I' in over my head. If anyone can help or suggest another post that deals with my situation, that would be great.

Are you jailbroken/do you want to jailbreak?

Is it an sim-unlocked phone or are youn locked to a certain carrier?

I am jailbrken with greenpoison I think.

I woud like to remain jailbroken, just want to be able to use some of the new features ie cloud that have been intro'd. I'm In the US so still have the ATT sim. I wanted to unlock as I planned to live overseas fo a while, but I had upgraded my firmware before I was aware of jailbreaking/unlocking. THe plans to live abroad ultimately fell apart, so no worries, but I would like to keep/renew my jailbreak.
