iPod touch Jailbroken iPod 4th gen and iCloud

So I jail broke my iPod a while ago and I just got a new iPad. I want to get my apps and in app purchases from my iPod to my iPad. Is it possible to do so even though my iPod is jailbroken and my iPad isn't? And if it is possible id like to know how. Thanks!

You can download them from the purchased section of the app store as long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID on both devices and the apps were bought with that Apple ID. The data won't transfer--the only way to copy your app data over (assuming the app isn't storing it in iCloud) would be to restore from a backup which would involve removing the jailbreak.
