iPod touch Jailbroken Ipod Touch 4g to iphone 4S restore?

I just received my new iphone 4s. I have a jailbroken ipod touch 4g that I want to transfer all my apps from to the new iphone.

What is the proper procedure to get all the apps over to the new phone? I could care less about my jailbroken stuff being transferred.

Have you tried just syncing it? I'm not being sarcastic here I'm just saying.
