I have progs on my old 1.4 from jailbreaking it... In noticed there arent any new programs released on installer... would it better to just update to 2.0 and dl the progs from the app store?

I do also have my phone unlocked that comes in handy when I travel overseas and use a local sim card but I dont me travelling in the near future... what do u reckon is better... stick to 1.14 or join 2008

I'd hold off until 2.1 comes out, & then see what the response looks like.

1.1.4 is by far the fastest, most useful, and stable firmware the iPhone has seen. Most of the more useful apps on jailbroken 1.1.4 aren't out in 2.x yet, either, so "upgrading" to v2 can leave you wishing you hadn't, depending on what apps you use. And forget about downgrading back to 1.1.4. It's practically impossible.
