I have a sprint iphone4 and it was updated to version 5.1.1 and then jailbroken. It worked awesome for two weeks, then I left to go to the store, it was on my table not being touched, then I returned home and the iphone said it had no version or capacity. N/A was in place of the version and now I cannot factory reset through itunes because of the loss of version. Can anyone help?
