I briefly used it on my i5 (had to download Rosetta to make it function with Snow Leopard) and it seemed to work ok. Unfortunately I used it only very briefly because the (faulty) computer was returned next day!
I haven't yet tried it on my replacement i7.
Snow Leopard should automatically ask you if you want to download Rosetta when you try to install an old program like Jam. It won't work without Rosetta being installed.
Jam is a great application for fading/editing, but Roxio have made it relatively useless in recent, lesser incarnations (like in Toast 10).
6.0.2 is on its last legs, but is still kicking.
