I have been trying to install the World Music Jam pack DVD. Everytime it gets to start the install, just as the option to register pops up it says that "There were errors installing the software" - 'Please try installing again". Tried repairing permissions, restarting etc.. same problem. Anyone else had this?

Did you purchase the Jam Pack, or did you get it off bittorrent? I ask because what you describe can happen with apps you get off of torrents. If you bought it, and have it on discs, you shouldn't have this problem. The other possibility is if you once had them installed before. Try clearing out the associated plist files and install again. Use spotlight to get rid of all the old files.

I bought it off ebay - and, suprise suprise, it was a copied disc that had a Toast self extracting span file on it. The completed image mounted fine and started the process OK also....
