Jam Packs Alert Problem

Whenever I try to install my Jam Pack DVDs, I get a message that says Alert: Something has happened. I formatted my computer and I still get the message. The files will not install if this alert window shows up, and it never asks for Disc 2. How am I supposed to use these discs that I bought legally?

I am using OS X 10.6.2.
