Japan: Sony, Dell - Bend Over

Japan's Trade ministry has ordered Sony and Dell to investigate and report on the battery fires by next Thursday. Maybe they can do it. But, I doubt it.

I don't imagine the fines will be too bad (Japan doesn't want to hurt Sony too much), but you never know...
