Hi everyone.

I upgraded to Yosemite on my Macbook Pro and now despite having Japanese activated in Language & regions as well as in Keyboard - I can't type in Japanese. It just comes out as English letters. Any idea why this is?

If anyone knows how to fix this it would be very much appreciated. I need Japanese language input for work.

Kind regards!

I don't know how to fix it, but I can confirm that it works for me. It's therefore not broken on all installs and must be fixable.

Good luck! :)
