Java Applet Monitor Placement?

I have a site-based java applet that opens four windows next to each other starting at the top left corner of my primary monitor.

I would like these windows to open in the same formation on a tertiary monitor, but I cannot figure out how to define the preference.

If it helps, the applet is Scottrader from Scottrade. Thank you in advance for assistance!
