Java Applet Won`t Load on Any Browser!

Hi all, I need some help here..
I`m trying to open a Web Java App but I can`t.. I always get an error message and I hope you guys can help me making it work..
I`ve tried running it on Safari, Firefox, Opera and Chrome, without any success on any of them.

Here`s my system configuration and screenshot of the problem:

Unibody Macbook, 2.0ghtz, 2gigs of ram, Mac OSX 10.6.3.

I`ve tried repairing disk permissions, checked if java is enabled on the browsers, tried changing java`s own settings.. but still it won`t work.

What else can I try to do?
