Java Doesn't Work in Browser- Help!

I'm trying to pull up something for work and it says Java isn't installed, but I have the latest version installed... I know Chrome doesn't work, but I'm using Safari.

Please help. Thank you.

Apple has disabled it due to security problem with the current Java web plugin.
