macOS Java Form Shortcut keys problem on Tiger

Make a dialog or frame in Java, put any component (say a button) on it,
now run the form and after the form appears press Alt(option) + e, or Alt(option) + n, an Input Window appears below, Why it is so??
and running the same application on Leopard doesn't show the Input Window...
can any body tell me whether this is the problem given by MAC in Java 1.5.0_06???
