After upgrading to SL upon release, I never had this pop up come up when I accessed my school's website.

However, I believe it was connected to a file I deleted that was suggested to try and solve a separate problem. My iChat video would randomly disconnect multiple times and on the Apple website, someone mentioned to deleted a file JavaPluginCocoa.Bundle to try and solve the issue, but in my case it didn't.

After deleting that file, of which I have no idea how to get back, I've been getting that "Java is unavailable or not installed" error message.

Anyone have any suggestions or fixes?

EDIT: Well, I just downloaded Firefox and I don't get that message. So I guess that's what the hoopla is between Safari 4 and Java.
