Java not working!

Ok here is my problem when I start acquisition I get a message saying java runtime for osx could not be located, how can I fix this?

No one can help me? I think this is a pretty serious problem.

don't know. what does "start acquisition" mean? Anyway, try opening a terminal and see what happens when you type

java -version

Here's what I get.
