Java / Safari Problems with El Capitan

Hello:

I am still having Safari problems using Java with my new El Capitan install.

I have installed the newest version of Java, and I have also installed the Apple version of Java from their website.

However, I am still having problems using Java on certain Websites. When I click the Java links, the page simply re-loads itself without accessing the link.

Does anyone have any suggestions to fix that problem? It's very frustrating!!
