Java script broke two fingers swipe back and forward help

I have a problem with two fingers swipe (back/forward) on some sites. Usually everything works but sometimes image on site is moving but whole site doesn't want to back. I tried PRAM and SMC reset but nothing helps. Everything happens after I changed HDD to SSD and used migration tool. Anyone has idea how solve it?
 
I think that Java script is a crap. When I turn it off everything works fine. Indeed three fingers swipe work always.
 
I have a problem with two fingers swipe (backwards/forward) between pages in Safari. With three fingers everything works fine. Also using other browser like Chrome or Firefox. In Safari on some pages using two fingers cause moving image but not back to previous page. I've checked much things I saw that if I turn off java script not java java everything works perfectly. Can anybody help?
