Anyone have any experience hearing stories about this thing?

Saw the video, but I don't know a whole lot about it.

Thoughts about the device as well?

Specifically, does anyone know how to charge the device?

It looks like the endcaps of the bracelet may come off.

AAA battery, perhaps?

I work in a field where I have to go through metal detectors almost every day. I assume I'd have to take this thing off.

I don't think Jawbone would make something that uses disposable batteries. I'd imagine one of those caps simple swivels to reveal a micro-USB.

I'll be buying one of these. Partly because I think the technology is fascinating, but also because I really could use something like this for my life.

I'm excited. :D

Looks like on there website it's a re-chargeable battery that gets "up to" 10 days of battery life.

lol @ 10 hours. That would be the most useless thing ever if you had to recharge it mid-day.

I am really interested in this too :)

The main feature that i want is that it vibrates to wake me up.

Would be great since i have a 1 month old sleeping next to my bed.

But $99 for that is a little steep, but i really dont think there is a cheaper alternative

I 'm planning on picking one of these up as well.. might have to wait for a coupon though.

I was hoping they'd pop up at my local best-buy when they had the 20% off phone accessory coupon floating around, but it didn't happen :( looks like we've still got a few days before it's released though

I just picked mine up from the Apple store yesterday. Apple is putting them on shelves early.

BTW, I love the device! It's comfortable and it's waterproof. The device charges via usb. The Jawbone tip comes off, and reveals a 3.5mm jack. That connects to a USB cable.
