My apologies in advance if this was asked previously. I have a pair of Jaybird BlueBuds X that I got about 18 months ago. I use them sporadically at the gym and always wipe any excess sweat from them when I complete my workouts. A few months ago, I started noticing an unusual battery drain, where the headphones would go from fully charged to dead, literally overnight. The issue occurs regardless of whether they are powered on or off.
The headphones are out of warranty, so I didn't bother contacting Jaybird. Can anyone recommend a possible solution, or should I just chalk it up to a depleted battery? I'd imagine that it's not unreasonable to expect $130 headphones to last longer than 18 months.
