Jaybird X4 or the new tarah?

I just got my X4 and love them but for some dumb reason Jaybird decided to launch the Tarah for $30 cheaper. The only differences is less battery life and silicone ear tips vs more battery and comply foam tips with the X4? Just sounds a bit to much considering Jaybird stuff goes on sale a lot and the tarah will probably be $50 bucks and the X4 be around $100
