JB 4.3.2 and 1 bar signal

I JB 4.2.1, kept 2.10 baseband and installed Ultrasn0w to fix 1-bar signal issue. I got horrible battery life. today I JB 4.3.2 but installing Ultrasn0w 1.2.1 did not fix 1-bar signal issue.

anyone experience this? any fix for 1-bar signal issue?

Google for Ultrasn0w fixer
Ultrasn0w isn't yet compatible with 4.3.2
