JB 4.3.5 /w 04.10.01 BB, is there a way at this time?

Trying to JB my phone so that I can install Cydia. Is there a way to do so at this time? I'm aware that the surprise Base Band update has thrown a monkey wrench into dev JB research, but has there been a successful tethered/untethered JB tutorial published yet? Most recent tutorials do not mention which Base Band their respective tutorials are covering.

Looking forward to a word in return.

Or... Does Base Band only pertain to unlocking your phone?

Baseband only matters if you want to unlock.
for 4.3.5 there's only a tethered JB currently.

Its unlikely that we will see an Untethered Jailbreak for 4.3.5, as I'm sure the Dev team is working to Untether iOS 5.
