Jb a 3GS (simfree, old bootrom) - what's the best tool for the job?

Hi guy.

I'm a bit confused this past few days. I have an old bottom 3GS, sim free with old modem version (4.0.1 jb with pwngtool).

The thing is, I always used pwngtool to jb my iPhone, but since it's not available, I'm not sure which way to go?

Sn0wbreeze? Letmera1n? Wait for green/pwng?

Any thoughts?
