JB and unlock 3GS on Windows

Hey guys
I know that the new PwnageTool 4.0 is out and i have a 3G S with the old bootrom, how do I install 4.0 if Im on windows...is there a tool for windows so I can JB to then use ultrasn0w for unlock

I have no access to a Mac.

Pwnage Tool is Mac only.

Have one of your friends with a Mac make you an IPSW, use iTunes to install it.
