Searched the forum I found nothing about that : did anyone had success in Limera1n JB AND UltrasnOw unlock with a new Iphone 4 on At&t sim, firmware 4.0.2 and baseband 1.59, without upgrading to 4.1 ????

yes it worked for me. a few tips: close all anti-virus programs, run limera1n as administrator..

Limera1n requires you phone to be unjailbroken which also means locked. Thus, answer is obviously, YES for him / her.
