JB ATV 2 constantly Rebooting

I've got an ATV 2 which I literally don't use anymore because whenever I try to watch anything on Kodi 14.2 it just keeps on rebooting so I now just use the Amazon Fire stick. What it is I want to now get rid of the ATV2 but if possible I'd just like to know if anyone else has had the same issues and was able to fix the constant rebooting issue. I've read that it's a software issue, but it wasn't clear if it was a JB software issue or whether it's just an older Apple version of the software that maybe I can update and still have a JB.

Yup - this has been happening to us and others on the ATV 2. It happens to me frequently when using the Netflix application and the other day when using the PBS application. I think they are telling us it is time to upgrade! :O)

It's strange why this never happen initially when using the device though. I used it for months without issues but I thing I upgraded the software at some point in the past and it was downhill from there.
