JB help 4.1 to 4.0 or 4.1

hey i have an iPhone 4 that updated too 4.1 but i want too go too either 4.0 or 4.1 and i did this with my iPhone 4 but my brothers wont get too 4.0 or 4.1 when i try to JB it with jailbreakme.com it wont DownGrade either with itunes.

i did the Computer/Windows/System32/Drives/Etc

i did that already and i still get a 3194 Error for his phone each time i try too downgrade. Is there a solution for this??

Do you have SHSH files saved for firmware you wish to downgrade to? If no, you can only restore to one Apple allows, usually latest firmware. If yes, did you edit your host file or use Tinyumbrella's TSS server mode? If you have no idea what I am talking about, it's google time.

yes i did edit the Host file for a 3Gs and i fixed the error 3194 for that before but now i try too downgrade my brothers iphone 4 it wont let me get pass that 3194 error

Does your brother has his unique SHSH files saved for his iPhone? Use Tinyumbrella, download them and click "Show SHSH". Are they there?
