JB Ipad 2 4.3.3 red notification button alignment issues

I tried searching but cant find anything on this issue. My red buttons become misaligned and doesnt sit on the app icon. It now sits in the space between icons. I have sbsettings, lockinfo, barrel, notified and a number of other cydia apps. I cant figure out whats causing this. It corrects itself after a respring, but soon come unaligned thereafter.

Anyone have a solution?

It was barrel. I noticed a folder enhancer fix button in barrels settings, and it works a little but button still go off a little.
