JB iPhone 4 iOS 4.2.1 Cannot Send MMS

Jailbroken iPhone 4 on iOS 4.2.1 will not send/receive MMS. I used Greenpois0n for the jailbreak. Any suggestions? Been searching for weeks to no avail, also restored to 4.2.1 and installed all the 4.3 beta's in order to save SHSH blob's in case of necessity for 4.3 jailbreak.
