Unless you hear it from the dev team, it'll be false. If one were true, they would confirm it anyway.

as others have mentioned - if they are charging, one can guarantee that they are fake, or, unethically selling others *dev team/comex) work for profit...

I can promise you it's fake if you want take your chances. Any real jailbreak would be well documented. Even if they were charging. So if you want to spend the money go for it.
