The pros of jailbreaking are well known. But about the cons?

I'm interested especially about 2 things:
1. Will the backup/restore to icloud process still work? Meaning after jb if i keep my backup to icloud regularly, will i able to do a full restore later to a new phone? (In case i lose my phone for example)

2. Will i be able to do an OTA update to 7.1?

Any other cons?

thanks a lot

1. Yes, backup to iCloud will still work. You can also restore from this iCloud backup

2. No you will not be able to do an OTA update to 7.1 because the jailbreak disables the OTA daemon.
