JB on iPhone 4S using iCloud Question

Ok, so I am now JB'n on iOS 5.1.1 and I used iCloud, however I switched my backups from iCloud to my MBP.

Can you use iCloud while you are JB'n? I figured if Apple catches you, they might be able to block your device?

is anyone using iCloud while JB'n?

You can use iCloud while your device is jailbroken.

My 4S is jailbroken on 5.1.1 and I use iCloud with absolutely no problems.
