Ok so i downloaded spirit, compatible to win 98 and boom jailbroken. Ring tones works, however backgrounder, winter board and dtunes do not...keep getting cannot locate errors..also cydia cannot upgrade. Should I just restore and do a fresh jb?

Just keep trying to install. Its what Ive done to apps that dont download the first time. Hopefully someone can give you a better answer.
