Well that really depends on what you're looking for in an OS...

You like theming your phone? Then the answer is no.

You like things like lockinfo? Answer is yes.

It's all relative.

Like what? Don't get me wrong, I enjoy jailbreaking too and plan to do so again after iOS 5 is released, I'm just wondering what things you specifically jailbreak for.

If I were to do it, the 3G restricter would be one of the reasons.

The functionality of PhotoAlbums+ is built into iOS 5 :)

I should have mentioned in my first post that I too will still JB

All of this--but especially Bite, SBSettings, iFile, and FolderEnhancer, none of which are being replicated in iOS5.
And NoSpot, because Spotlight is utterly useless to me.
And MusicControlsPro, which works way better with the way I use my iPod function than the stock setup does.
And Navigate from Maps, which greatly enhances the functionality of Navigon.
And the ability to blank out all the stupid sounds they've assigned for things--no, Apple, I really don't need confirmation I've plugged my phone in, or the "woosh" when a text leaves my phone, or lock sounds, or voicemail sounds.
Need I continue?

As much as I enjoy theming, these tools, which significantly improve the functionality of my phone, are why I jailbreak. Apple isn't improving on any of them in this "upgrade". So far, there's absolutely nothing I NEED in iOS5 that I can't already replicate on my phone through JB. So why would I use it?

oh yes NOSPOT is a must for me too forgot list that one

I agree with agent, irish, list etc. Additionally, I also love my3g, I'm busy SMS, call announce, live weather icon,
Camera lock.

If there is no untethered JB for iOS 5, I will happily stay on jb'ed iPhone 4 w/ 4.3.3

Good thread

What do u mean by status bar notifications? Is there a hack or app?

Thanks

YOU, sir, are my hero! I frequently use Yelp to find restaurants and venues when I'm out. I always had to check the address and then launch Navigon separately. Now, I can just launch map, then launch navigon! No need to type in anything!

Yes there is a few I use lockinfo, it shows a little icon on the status bar that let's you know you have a missed call, email, SMS or push notification
