I don't have Internet so I share using mywi over USB. Can I Jb just one phone and choose which one while both are plugged into the USB?
 
That setup worked for me just 2 or 3 days ago when I used pwnage to jailbreak my old 3G with my iPhone 4 USB tethered. Should work fine for you.
