Hey guys,

Searching through google it seems like every single comparison between the creatures and soundsticks makes soundsticks seem like the better product. I bought the JBL creatures III and they are nice, but i never heard soundsticks before. I imagine the height of the speakers itself will allow for a wider soundfield. I bought the JBL speakers for $80, and i found soundsticks for $120. Is it worth the hassle, the time, and the extra cash ($40 more, half of what the JBL Speakers cost) to get the soundsticks? Are the really THAT MUCH better?

The Soundsticks do sound better (you'd hope so for the extra they cost).

Having said that, if you already have the Creatures, then I don't think it's worth upgrading as the difference isn't that amazing. I'd get yoursefla seperate amp and speaker combo for proper sound.

I'm looking to upgrade my Soundsticks soon, hopefully for the Russ Andrews USB amp, and some little Mordaunt Short Alumni 2. A bit more expensive but a whole much better if you like watching TV, DVD's and music through your Mac.
