Jet Black iPhone SIM tray question

Hi everyone,

I just bought an unlocked iPhone 7 Plus Jet Black from my local Apple Store and I'm still in awe. This thing is BEAUTIFUL!!!

One question though, as I took out the SIM tray I noticed the anodization was peeling off at the very tip (the one that goes inside) and wanted to ask if yours was the same?

It's not peeling. It is not colored inside by design. Coloration is an accident of outer painting process.
