Jewel Case software?

Could someone recommend a good program for making jewel case(CD) inserts?

Toast includes one. I've never looked for a freebie though.

I know it's a bit of over-kill, but if you have Quark Xpress or InDesign it's easy to set up a basic template.

SoniX Label Maker is okay, it has what you are looking for and its free, so you can try it out.

PS Apparently it need the artwork file, and I can't find it online, so PM me and I can transfer it via iChat (might take a awhile, its 350MB)
