Jiggy Missing?

I'm not finding Jiggy on installer, nor iCall and a few other apps that should be there. Community resources is installed, but the number of apps is still limited. I have installed jiggyapp.com/i as a source already, in Cydia and Installer, but no luck.

Any ideas? I'm trying to get Offline Maps working.
