Jittery Display

I have a 2010 i5 15" entry level Macbook Pro that I got a deal on as a customer return from Bestbuy in Mid December. I'm enjoying the MBP but I'm noticing more and more that whenever I scroll down a website within the browser it's very jittery as if the refresh rate is off is the best way to describe it. I'm within my return time frame at Bestbuy but I rather keep it since I have everything setup on my MBP with 4 virtual machines with Parallels that I'm not running during the time of the issues, Office 2011 and 8gb of Crucial Ram in route. My question is has anyone had or has this problem with the display? The slower I scroll the more you can tell. Trying to decide if I should go to Apple Store first or Bestbuy geeksquad and if there is a problem should I just return or opt for a repair? Any input is welcomed.
