Just upgraded from a 2010 MBP to a 2011 MBP (15" models).
I've used the same usb wireless mouse for both systems, however the mouse on the 2011 system is very very jittery. Moves all over the place when the CPU is doing any activity (flash online such as youtube or running a program). This DID NOT HAPPEN with the 2010 model with the same mouse. Any ideas as to why?
One would think with a better/faster system the likelihood of jittery mouse would go down, not up.
I have already messed with tracking speed under system preferences. Not the issue.
When this happens, the track pad does not show the same problems.
My guess is that the input device is having it's signal blocked or slowed down somehow... or that the cpu is not processing the mouse movements as fast as they are coming in (buffering them for some reason?).
Any ideas????
