TALEO and other job website are only compatible with I.E so when you apply with Safari or Firefox..submit buttons are omitted, U see closed loop for user name and passwords over and over and over again.
The Apple Geeks who designed Safari I guess were more concerned with things like uploading your 250th picture to facebook...who cares that Safari is not going to conform to I.E. so you can apply for a job. Hey, they all have jobs so the hell with U...what's more important...U with a job or Facebook...?
I went on Twitter, advising firms who were on the Taleo Twitter location that
they are excluding applicants who use Mac Browsers. Taleo does not want the truth to get out so they had me suspended from TWITTER.:apple:

Safari is conforming to web standards, as are Firefox and Opera. IE on the other hand does not that much, maybe that is the reason, why the site does not work, as it is poorly written and only tested in IE. It is probably due to the programmers not knowing enough.

Safari > Preferences > Advanced > Show Develop menu in menu bar

(command locations may be slightly different in Safari 6)

Sounds to me like it is a coding issue since it doesn't work with Firefox, either. There are a lot of websites that work better with IE than Safari/Firefox/Chrome just because the developers used certain elements that are more IE-friendly and don't necessarily conform to the HTML standard.

That said, if you are looking for a job, you should probably work on your grammar and spelling. :)

This is what I was going to suggest. Worth a try :)
