Jobs to give an address tomorrow

No point. I think in my time zone and mine only.
 
First of all, the quarter has not ended yet, it ends today. Second of all, Apple won't release earnings until the third week of the month or so. Third of all, Jobs is not scheduled to speak anywhere. Fourth of all, this article is crap.

Apple's Q4 ended on the 27th of Sept.

I may be wrong but I do recall hearing on Bloomberg earlier that Apple was releasing Q4 results this week, as the stock is up some 7% today after a hefty fall yesterday.
It was also said Investors were expecting to hear about the upcoming event announcing new notebooks in the next few weeks.
