John Travolta Sued for Assault and Sexual Battery by Masseur

Is this merely a case of pulp pure fiction?

John Travolta has been sued for assault and sexual battery in federal court by an anonymous masseur, who claims the actor tried to have sex with him after hiring him for a massage.

The plaintiff, identified only as John Doe in the lawsuit obtained by E! News, claims, among other things, that Travolta touched his scrotum and penis after having stripped in front of the masseur.

The suit claims Travolta apologized for his behavior, but continued to pursue the idea of sex with the man and later suggested that they have sex with a "Hollywood starlet in the building that wanted to have three-way sex and to be double penetrated."

What's more, the lawsuit claims that the star said he "got where he is now due to sexual favors he had performed when he was in his Welcome Back, Kotter days."

The court papers also claim the man asked to be taken back to where he was picked up and received double his fee or $800.

The plaintiff is seeking $2 million in general damages, unspecified punitive damages and court costs.

Meanwhile, Travolta's camp released the following statement to E! News about the matter.

"This lawsuit is complete fiction and fabrication," it reads. "None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred. The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is a baseless lie...On that date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast. Plaintiff's attorney has filed this suit to try and get his 15 minutes of fame. John intends to get this case thrown out and then he will sue the attorney and Plaintiff for malicious prosecution."

Ohhh one can only imagine. What is funny that is one of the first that came to mind for me too. There were a few more but those were just out of pure fantasy! LOL.... Sadly I don't know the circles that JT associates with so we may never know unless the name is dropped in the court! :eek:

Think Scientology.
 
I really never will get over the fact that Billy Sheehan is Scientologist. Although John Petrucci is Christian and King Diamond is Satanist. So really, it's all pretty much messed up anyway. Screw them.
 
I am no fan of scientology, but he is so well known. Surely he would know this would get out mega quick? And I am guessing if he has been soliciting people for quite sometime, well I am astounded it has taken this long to leak out.


Starlet suggests emerging talent I would think.....mind you any building he { Travolta } lives in would require a good income for sure.
 
I wouldn't be surprised if this is true.

A very good friend of a friend of mine, went out to Hollywood to be a personal assistant years ago. He came back after a short time due to what he claimed what a completely fake and bs society.

He worked for some big time folks and he said 2 things which really stood out in his mind:

1. That Whitney Houston was a big crackhead

and

2. Will Smith and Jada Pinkett's marriage was the same alleged fake marriage arrangement as Travolta and Preston, for the same reasons.

This was about 10 years ago - well before the news came about Houston's struggles with coke.

Who knows, but in the end, who cares :) Good for them. If they want to play their game and they're happy with it, kudos.

There's enough people killing each other around the world that if someone needs a fake marriage to be happy, who cares :)
