I was at the store, asked them if they had the Ultra to play with and they didn't. They didn't have them at the store either. I don't think that they carry them there. Stores closer to Boston have them in stock. It's in the little box in the basement.
My current desktop setup is an M1 mini 16/512 and a 2014 iMac 27 i7, 4 GB video, 32 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD. These drive 3 4k monitors and 1 5k monitor. I'm trying to decide on using the Studio by itself, or the Studio and the mini. I suspect the Studio would run my production and office stuff off four monitors as my MacBook Pro 32/1 can do so except for the ability to do 4 monitors.
The other option that I was considering was getting a second mini and using two minis to have the power of a Studio. The decider was that I could pick up the Studio. It would be a week or two to get a BTO mini.
