Joining contact lists in iChat?

Is it possible to join the contact lists in iChat? Three contact lists isn't very sexy...

Sure adium looks better and supports more services but what about the webcam? ;/
 
I guess it's impossible since noone either here or on insanelymac knows a solution, that sucks :/
