Joining Video Into DVD With Chapters

I have a video, broken up into 4 different parts. I would like to turn this into a DVD with each video being a separate chapter. Essentially, each video is a different episode. I would like to make it so that when you play the dvd, a menu comes up allowing you to chose one of the 4 episodes.

My question to you guys is whether this is possible using idvd, imovie, or both? Or maybe a free alternative program? How would I go about doing this?

Yes, you can easily do this in iMovie9. Type "chapter" in iMovie9 Help to see how.

What about iMovie7?

There is no iMovie7. Do you mean iMovie8? Idf so, iMovie8 doesn't have Chapters as far as I know. You can put Chapters in iDVD, but you don't have much control over where they go.
